DanceOn (2020)
I had the opportunity to direct two dance music videos for Madonna’s DanceOn, which we shot just before the shutdown in March 2020! DanceOn’s Stories series marries narrative choreography with contemporary pop songs. I had a great time working with AC Bonifacio performing her own song “Slide Into My DM” (below) and with dancer Ava Michelle on Amber Liu’s “Stay Calm”.
Crowbar Smile (2017)
Crowbar Smile is a short film I wrote and directed for Indigenous Media, based on the coming-of-age feature of the same name. It is part of their "Big Script" initiative, in partnership with The Black List, actor/producer Josh Hutcherson, and Condé Nast Media, released on TheScene.com.
The film stars Tristan Lake Leabu, Serinda Swan, Emily Robinson, Christian DelGrosso, and Tate Donovan.
Crowbar Smile was recently selected for the opening night lineup at the 2017 Hollyshorts Festival, and will screen at the Hill Country Film Festival in April, 2018.
The Casting Society of America nominated "Crowbar Smile" casting director Eyde Belasco, CSA as a nominee for Outstanding Achievement in Casting in the Short Film category of the 2018 Artios Awards! Eyde was also nominated for her phenomenal work casting "Transparent" and "I Love Dick"!

SUNDANCE WRITERS' & DIRECTORS' LABS: Workshopped my feature drama screenplay Painless (the predecessor to the novel!), a dark love story, and had the pleasure of directing Elisabeth Moss (Handmaid's Tale, Mad Men), Vincent Kartheiser (Mad Men) and Lisa Edelstein (Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce, House).
Look, it’s Peggy and Pete, before their fateful encounters on AMC’s Mad Men!
2019: SELECTED AS ALTERNATE for AFI’s Directing Workshop for Women.
Have also directed theater, several music videos, and a number of short films, including the festival award-winner Goodnight, Henry.
